ive just ordered it hopefully be here saturday, im a big fan of dynasty warrior games and this a bit of fresh air being a different era and goblins

So whos got it and actually still plays it then.

i came -><- this close to pre ordering it today till i seen it got 5.7 on IGN

might get it as a impulse buy in tesco though

I've got it and I have to say its such an amazing game. It doesn't deserve the reviews it got! Japs seem to like it though and got a high rating over there. Oh and you can get it for £33.66 delivered from videogamesplus.ca Its multi region!

Mine was despatched from gameplay today, should be here tomorrow. I ordered it ages ago and forgot about it, im a bit worried about the IGN review, but then i remembered they are american and as such, idiots, and probably wrong.

I think the reason its got such bad reviews over here is that the concept is nothing really that new...but i'm not sure what the reviewers thought the designers were aiming for; they have delivered what they said they would.

Also the hack'n'slash type genre seems to get slated these days?? Dunno why because I love them lol - This game has finally made me take the plunge in buying an xbox 360 tomorrow

Are you going to be running it on a HDTV? if so you will be blown away by the visuals!! The cut scenes are awsome quality!

I don't have a HD TV

But I spend most of my time over my boyfriends and he does. HD LCD 32" so I'll be hooking it up to that this weekend

Unfortunatly hes off to America for 2 weeks on tuesday so I'll have to play it on my 19" TFT (Not widescreen) or 28" widescreen standard TV (Whichever looks better) after that......

Thinking of getting Dead or Alive 4 as a good two player game? OR are there any good two player games you recommend? Wish N3 had some kind of co-op play lol

Are the cut scenes still dubbed though?? the demo the lipsync was wayyy out lol

I'm undecided on this... I quite liked the demo, but think the whole game could get a little repetitive. Also the camera angle was terrible - and you just couldn't get a good angle to see what you were doing and what was around you. Still quite tempted, haven't had a new game for ages.

If you get Live, then you can't go wrong with Burnout Revenge - fantastic online. Co-op Perfect Dark is quite good fun too. And there is Fight Night 3 for more two player fighting action

I will be getting this but with my games stacking up and my new found love for a couple of PC games I'm going to have to shift atleast one other first. My monies on plowing through Dynasty Wariors and get that sold as its a similar type of game.

If your playing it on your monitor don't forget you will need the VGA lead (I found the official lead the best quality)

I've had DOA4 and it was good two player, but got abit boring after a while! Good two player games for me were..

Fifa WC
Street fighter 2
Ridge racer (suprisingly good)
Burnout revenge (Awsome game)
Fight night R3

They are many more! and yeah it is a shame NNN doesn't have any co-op.

Voice acting isn't the best but its better than none!

That is a major blow as myself and a mate of mine have carved our way through half the Dynasty Warriors games in co-op and were chomping at the bit to get hold of this *cries*

Yup no co-op

Shame really because all those combos flying about and taking on armies in two would be awesome!

But as far as I understand the game makes the xbox struggle in single player sometimes so I'd imagine a co-op option would kill it heh.

Tried that but its like his child and he won't let it go lol. Yeah I'm going to pick up the VGA (offical) when I get the 360 tomorrow - i'm sure GAME or somewhere like that will sell the offical one..?

Thanks for listing the other two player game options I'll look into them...not really fond of racing games though

Yeah GAME will have them, but if they have sold out no doubt they will try selling you their re-branded carp cable!

As for the co-op maybe they will release a patch in the future? Just like Kameo did!? (I wish!) And Kameo co-op might be worth a look although I've never got round to trying its co-op, its a great game nevertheless!

I played through the first three missions last night and have been really enjoying it, Ive not played any of these types of games before, so i quite enjoy the novelty of 1000 hit combo's

I did feel sorry for the big Troll i had to kill though, it was quite cute in a monsterous kind of way.

Been playing this the last week or so (NTSC) and really enjoying it, but my my is it hard! Currently on Inphhy level 7, and the lack of health drops is a real stinger. I got the end of level boss, and had 2HP, TWO!

No doubt i'll pick it up again tonight though

Yeah the game gets very hard. I got up to the forest with Inphy but I was constantly getting beat down right at the end!!! When my 360 gets back from repair i'll be leveling her up to nine, its the only way i can see me doing it.
