9950x with Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 - Hitting temps in the 80c during gaming.

for speeds...
pump set to 75 to 100 depending on the noise it makes my pump at 75 as a buzz but at 80 is silent so i have 80 set
VRM fans can be very loud so again find a happy speed but i would think 100 is no needed most AIO's have no VRM fan and have no problems so id be happy at any speed that makes no noise
