Easily. I played it on a 9600 pro and it worked fine.

I was playing BF2 with a 6600gt and 2gb of ram on max and it was fine 95% of the time. Bit of jerking with close up explosions. BF2142 shouldn't be much different. Maybe drop the detail a notch or two.

how in gods name do you look @ stats? even when i sign in it dosent show me my stats? iv inlocked a load of stuff when playing but i cant see them? Also i got a weapon upgrade option but then i had no upgrades available?

how do i check my stats?

Enjoying most of the maps, although after the Demo I dont ever play SIdi PowerPlant.

Played this morning on Fall Of Berlin on a 64 player map, was absolute chaos with all those players

Also caused my FPS to dip into the 20's which wasnt good, will have to choose maps with less men on I think.

Cerbere Landing is good, Camp Gibralter is also a manic map to play with all the little places to go.

Overall I think its a good choice of maps, although a few more in the vein of Karkand/Sharqi etc would be good. Hopefully they can dish out some new free maps at some point.

my bfhq still wont update my stats or awards. whichis realy anoying as id like to know how many knife kills i have, and how many points to the next rank.

doubt we'll be treated to new maps without having to pay for booster packs

even when the ingame advertising starts here and EA make shed loads of money,
well still have to coff up for any extra's

My BF2142 arrived on Wednesday and it worked perfectly fine with the 1.01 patch installed.
Today i ran windows update (IE 7) and now BF2142 won't load up at all :confused:

Can ayone help?

didnt bf2 dislike the ie 7 beta? i think ie is the fault there

If you go to add/remove programs, and tick the show updates at the top right.

Do you have update KB917422 installed?

If you do, you will want to remove it as BF2142 breaks due to this update

If your checking to c who uve knifed then its the leaderboard and filter by dog tags.

Got 3 silver badges so far, xplosives, medic xellence and assualt, worikng on getting my recon and support silver now

Was on one server tonight and god knows how 3 players got such high scores, was only a 32 player titan and they had half way through the game 130odd points each, funny thing they not been killed once or shot anyone.

i know mate, but none of my stats show up

i just ranked up an it let nme go to my unlock screen but said i didnt have any unlocks :rolleyes:

god dam i wish they could make a game work first time round.

That would be the ammo box titan exploit.

Care to elaborate?

You mean just laying down a box of ammo and just shooting all the rounds out and getting resupplied?

I know in the demo without unlocks I could just spawn as a support class, drop a box and then if i died I would respawn as assault and chuck down a medic box, could stay there most of the round just on my own not dying.
