I got a renDX9.dll error on installing it, lol. Downloading elsewhere and will report what happens.

I purchased the game through EA link and when I try and instal the patch it's unable to find the game to patch it. Anyone got any ideas?

the patch doesnt show up in my 'EA STINK' downloader ...

ah well im gonna install it anyways ...

**TIP** if you rename your 2142.exe dont forget to change it back to the original before patching**

After a restart, it's fine. Was playing 2142 before, so guess that played a part.

BEst way of checking that is in BFHQ and just narrow leaderboard by dogtags.

ANyone else having probs installing the 1.05 patch? i got a rendDx9.dll error then a bf2142.exe error :eek:

I use the other stats site posted above i find its abit more snazzy compared to the proper ea one which all looks abit basic imo.

Totally agree. The official site is bloated to fockery and with 2142-stats, you get percentages to your next rank, badge, ribbon, etc.
