Well here we go,

A few weeks I ordered some gear of OCUK, recieved it all, everything was intact & fine that was until I opened the Antec P180 case, pulled it out of the packaging carefully, kicked the box out the way and dropped a brand spanking new case on the floor causing a crack down the top-side of the front panel. You would have loved to been a fly on the wall at that moment, a few choice words were shouted. Anyway, instead of being a lame git & blaming it on the courier, I thought i'd just contact Antec themselves & explain what a numpty I have been and asked if I could order a replacement front panel (obvoiusly I offered to pay, as it was my fault).

Got an email from antec as follows:

Dear Mr. Horne,

Thank you for using Antec products. Your SP no. is #&*(&(&*$

We are going to send you new replacement for free ASAP. It would reach you within 3 to 5 working days.

To avoid package being returned to sender, please make sure someone available to receive and sign for the package.

To me that just goes above the call of duty IMO considering it was my fault.
Recieved the front panel today & I am one hell of a happy bunny.
 
Yup when the world is hinging on destruction we'll make sure not to let you hold the nuclear football. ;)

i have had replacement panels for my p180 and they didn't even raise an eye brow! i like antec for there no nonsense support and why i am a big fan! not to say i wont get another brand but they will have to prove themselves!
 
Wow thats dam good customer service :D

I bought an NSK2400 recently and the front bezel was a little rougth with patchy paint and the top cover didnt fit as it was damaged. I wish I just contacted antec now rather than sending the case back
 
Good to read that Antec's support is so good.

I submitted a request for a spare part the other day for my Antec case (came with one of the drive cages damaged :( ). Hopefully they can get it sorted for me as quickly as AS_Platinum was.
 
I have had to go through antec cust. service twice, both times they were fast and efficient and didn't quibble about sending a replacement out.

Best customer service I have seen. :D

the very same Riska sent me a new psu t'other week, in place of my 2yr old true blue 480 i got a nice 550watt trio AND didnt have to send the old one back :cool:

So marks out of ten for Antec CS = 11.
