Hey guys!

I have £425 to spend today. Can someone spec me a build please. Will need OS but have the rest. Happy to look at Trinity considering the price performance ratio.

If I order today would I get it tommorow (I know you have to pay extra for Saturday delivery) Thanks for your help. Am at work so will do it all on the phone while out and about.

No I have nothing to reuse. Going from a laptop to this. Some gaming, which is why the trinity part is appealing to save on cost. Would add a dedicated card later. No encodeing or anything. Mainly football manager and Planetside 2

The laptop wont be sold for a few weeks so just the original budget for now. SO! Go with Bacons build but with the different mobo as suggested. And would I be able to fit a dedicated card and Ssd into that case? Thanks for the help chaps, just want confirmation on what to order. Doing this on the phone makes it all a bit fiddly!

Ok I take it the post above is what to go for yeah?

Aha! I done it! Got it all through today minus the case, managed to find one to use though. No Haribo :(

Put it together, all has gone quite smooth. Wiill try and tidy some cables and check out how it performs in a few games this evening!

Thanks for your help guys, so happy!

Was worth it just for the little AMD sticker!

So in the article it says that it will remain for at least the next 2 generations. With the cost of the motherboard and cpu, it really isn't a massive problem.

I feel quite happy to be AMD. They really have captured the market at this price point.

Ok so I have it all sorted. Shame I had to get a case from a competitor that has a store in my town.

The case was a cheap one, and the cable management is atrocious tbh.

I am going to be purchasing a nice monitor & a full size case next month, even though I have a M-ATX mobo, the space will be nice, better airflow, and room to expand.

Then X-Mas will be the graphics card that teams with the CPU, and hopefully a SSD.

The machine is more than capable of what I am needing it for, very happy with it, everything just runs so much smoother, from FM to general use.

Thanks for the help and advice guys!.
