Hey guys!

I have £425 to spend today. Can someone spec me a build please. Will need OS but have the rest. Happy to look at Trinity considering the price performance ratio.

If I order today would I get it tommorow (I know you have to pay extra for Saturday delivery) Thanks for your help. Am at work so will do it all on the phone while out and about.

No I have nothing to reuse. Going from a laptop to this. Some gaming, which is why the trinity part is appealing to save on cost. Would add a dedicated card later. No encodeing or anything. Mainly football manager and Planetside 2

That is perfect.
Spend the extra £5 on an OCUK mug?

Only thing id say is, think about getting an aftermarket cooler so you can overclock. You can get a decent one for £25.

Awesome spec.

The A55 boards don`t have sata 6gbs and most don`t have USB3. Better of with an A75 chipset.
This being about the cheapest.

YOUR BASKET
1 x ASRock FM2A75M-DGS AMD A75 Chipset (Socket FM2) DDR3 Micro ATX Motherboard £52.99
Total : £61.69 (includes shipping : £7.25).

I originally went for a Gigabyte A75 but it meant lowering the CPU :(
Defientley worth switching for that Asrock though seeing the price.

And thanks Doom, I try my best ;)
Its worth noting the RAM is out of stock and the cheapest same speed LP is:

But I have had issues with ADATA RAM before.

I've seen one or two posts and specs from you recently on these forums. In the politest possible way can I suggest you educate yourself before advising others (especially as it's their money) on specs. People need to be confident that they're 1. getting the best bang for their money and 2. components that will actually work together and suit their needs.

RAM is out of stock so he won't get it tomoz will he ;)

If the OP doesn't mind making additions later..........

The A75 chipset allows overclocking of the APU, which also improves the IGP performance aswell (hence the heatsink) and it also has HDMI output (HDTV for a monitor if he doesn't have one). Reasonable size sataIII SSD for fast booting of the OS and loading games. Optical drive is faster for not much more. No OS but you can use windows 8 developers edition for 3 months, if you don't like windows 8 you can purchase windows 7 later.

If you want the OS the closest I could get to the budget and be happy with the spec was this

The laptop wont be sold for a few weeks so just the original budget for now. SO! Go with Bacons build but with the different mobo as suggested. And would I be able to fit a dedicated card and Ssd into that case? Thanks for the help chaps, just want confirmation on what to order. Doing this on the phone makes it all a bit fiddly!

Ok I take it the post above is what to go for yeah?
