I'll defo try keeping it really cold and see what that does to it too. Good tips. I have some chipotle chillies here, so could well do something like that :D
 
Look yummy. Also liked your rib blog post that just popped up on my FB. Can I suggest having the pictures in order with the text, and then at the bottom collating the recipe though?
 
Yea, the site is a bit **** for that, It chucks the pics all at the bottom with not much ability to change. I think I'll set up another site to transfer it all over to that gives me a bit more freedom.
