a burning problem

Burning with VSO it gives two options the depot option burns a data disc like Nero and Ashampoo does, VSO 's 2nd brilliant option gives you 3 choices of what burning you want. the first my major struggle with all other software incuding two top names only burn data, the first choice is burn as video, the second like the others burn as data or third option is to cancel,

so my question is can you tell Nero or any burning program you want video not data.

Last time I used Nero I had an option for Data Disc or Video disc.
These options aren't available on the free version tho.
