Hey, I have a little sister who is 10 and she will be using the computer to browse the web, school stuff and be able to watch things such as netflix. I have some parts already from other stuff such as a 500W PSU, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 160GB SATA drive and a case. I would like to be as cheap as possible, please.
