Just an update eventhough it took a couple of days to get sorted 
I just installed the SilenX 120mm fans instead of the orange ones that came with my Tsunami case, and I must say that I am happy.
Case temps only went up 2 degrees, but the noise went down a lot.
Right now if I turn down the stock 6800gt cooler to 0 rpm there is no noise at all. So I reckon with a better cooler for the 6800gt I will almost get in noise heaven...
I'll probably try the Zalman one, but I will have to wait a little - no reason to buy a gfx cooler if I change the card anytime soon.
