A device manager error (PnP)

Just having a quick look in the device manager today and noticed I have a `!` next to PNP Bios Extension. What does this do and whats the reason for the !.
Heres what it says in the Status box
Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)
Should I worry about this, I recently Disabled UPnP in my Torrent downloading software due to a problem with this and my router, could it be related, when I restored UPnP on Azureus the status in device manager stayed the same.

Right click the offending article and delete it.
Then restart the system and let Windows reinstall the drivers it needs.
Then check it again.

Think I may have a solution I recently installed the lastest version of Daemon tools and this is known to bring up this error can anyone else back this?
