Hello everyone I want to tell you about my good friend Simon and I've
got a request (well a group of us do)

We met Simon at tech and for two years a group of 5 of us were
inseparable. We all mostly ran around looking like we were skiving due
to us finishing coursework before everyone else and deciding to go to
the pub to play pool.

This day last year Simon was on a train travelling across India when he
complained of a headache and went for a sleep, unfortunaly he didn't
wake up. His younger brother was with him and tried to resuscitate him
but to no avail and Simon passed away.

So today and the anniversary of his death I would like you to have a
drink for Simon. Be it a cup of tea or a pint of Carlsberg we don't
mind. We would like to remember him as we knew him.

Thank you

Reminds me a bit of my time at uni and finishing labs early with a group of 3 or 4 good mates and then going straight to the uni bar for some pool and beers.

Thoughts are with you all. RIP Simon.

RIP.

i know two people who this has happened to. i think they call it SADS (Sudden Adult Death Syndrome)

very sad. my thoughts are with you, his family and friends

We've had three cases of this where I work. Kids around nineteen and twenty just dropping dead. I remember one was stepping into the bath and the other died in his chair while watching football.

RIP Simon

I didn't see this earlier so the best I can do is dedicate the pint I had earlier to his memory.

RIP Simon
