A friend's new tattoo

well looks like he has a good enough raeson for it, and its a cover up tattoo anyway, cant see whats wrong with it for that reason.

not something id get outta choice personally :P
 
They are not even the same size!! I read the quote that he said it was to cover something else up, but that's not an excuse to do some half assed home job on it!! dear oh dear, I'm sure he will think this was a good idea when he's 50 and maybe trying to get gainfully employed. :rolleyes: Unless he can forge a pro career playing guitar hero.

People have tattoos of Sonic, Mario, Zelda, Halo, Quake, Half Life and so on...What's so bad about GH? I love it. Awesome game.

I got tattooed this afternoon by my friend Shane Faulkner (he’s got a new tattoo blog coming soon which I’ll link to when it’s up) so let me first apologize to him for posting this while it’s fresh and swollen and not looking its best (to say nothing of my fingers being at all different angles in the picture)! But I was so happy to get it done that I wanted to go ahead and post it. I’ll update this entry with a new picture in the future — this one really does not do it justice.

For the record, he's in his thirties, drives a Porsche (the camo one that I've posted several times before), created the world's first online casino and has heavy inkwork on hands and face...Do you really think he's going to be looking for a job in Blockbuster?

Fair play to him, on the business front. I still think it's incredibly stupid, and with all the cash he must undoubtedly have, why not get a proper job done?

I know its his hand/face/whatever, but I still think the tats look awful. The pics were posted for reaction, and that is my reaction/opinion.

'Proper Job'?

It was done by a professional tattoo artist in a tattoo studio. Not "some half assed home job" as you claimed earlier.

For a tattoo, and it will offend, I think it looks bad and someone else could have done a much, much better job.

Some of it doesn't even look straight, then again, could be the tension of the skin in that position...

Nah it... just looks like a 6 year old used felt pens on his fingers.


EDIT: However... I think I may retract that, it's alright if he likes it.



The giraffe one is funny :)

I'm getting my next one done in 2 weeks, berlin here we come!
