I would suggest CT1 - http://www.ct1ltd.com/en/ct1.html - I use this stuff for loads of different jobs and it's great.

Can be painted
Contains no solvents
No isocyanates

Can't see why it would cause any chemical problems ECT ive checked the MSDS sheet for it. Basically dont put it in your eye and your all good!

EDIT : can't say for sure though without using it before!
