What is the best video editor for a youtube lets play series ?
noting that breaks the bank please.
Just something which allows me to edit stuff out of the video if need be.

for example if I curse during the lets play , can I edit it out ?
The last time I saw windows movie player, I couldn't edit stuff in or out of a scene , but that was on windows XP

I think so... It has been a while since I've used it. Give it a go, it's free

Obviously you might have to wait until you've built your new pc of course.

you can edit the audio track on windows movie maker. like you could add a beep or mute it at that point im sure

I am looking for something a bit more detailed and organized than windows movie maker.
Like the to speed up time in places aswell as the ability to cut out stuff.

You can do it all on movie maker but i dont advise it. it lacks what you want unless you just editing slideshow. Get Sony vegas pro 9
