A lesson for the new generation of whiners?

Because there couldn't possibly be a whole spectrum of issues between being called "him" when you identify as "her" and the genocide of 6 million people...
Well yeah, that was my point.

"you think you got problems, just look at this woman who was rounded up due to her religion /ethnicity and thrown in a concentration camp where she was lucky to not be one of the millions to die" is not a very deep discussion point to jump off from.

Just a lame cover to rail on young people.

If our society had no social problems at all, the leftists would have to invent problems in order to provide themselves with an excuse for making a fuss. - Ted Kaczynski

It's nothing to do with leftists, just my wife's friends complaining at length how they can't get next day delivery of garden furniture and the like...

Hard times create strong men
Strong men create good times
Good times create weak men
Weak men create hard times <-- We are just entering the start of this phase

Except this time strong men are painted as somehow bad. So this time we let nature decide who comes out on top :D

If another big war comes around and we need troops, because the stupid government cut the army. Watch how quickly "we want equality!" from every victim group turns in to "we shouldn't have to fight".

I want you to imagine 2 people. 1 is brought up in a way that you think is the absolute best and idyllic, perfect way to grow up. And the other is brought up in the opposite way.

If you ask both of them about the worst day of their life. They’ll both have answers.

One might say it was when their mum OD’d in front of them, the other might say when Lassie the family dog passed away from old age after a perfect life.

And both will recall it as “the worst day of their life”.

Problems, like everything in life, are all relative. So whilst I agree that if you compare them one is a much worse scenario. It won’t stop the people in better positions moaning about their problems.
