A Lian Li at last!

Very nice, Ive got the A-10B which appears not to dissimilar.

Not inverted ATX though, but a sexy case. Dont you love how damm sturdy the door is? i swear it chould stop a bullet, super thick and well made. All the bearings make a nice change too, the front door and side pannels fit amazingly and easily, with very little vibes.

My front is mared slightly by my fan controler, but i'm going to mod it to stealth it behind a standard bay cover, just need to drill 16 odd holes, and Alu should be pretty soft to drill right?

I couldnt agree more, Im finding the top fan mount handy with the pre drilled holes to mount my watercooling (pics in watercooled gallery).

If you are going to drill, go gentle as you could warp the panel.

sokay, i have plenty of spares, as ALL 7 of my front bays are filled...... damm i love the extra 3 over the Eclipse! I use all 6 channels on the fan controler too, virtualy silent ecpet for the PSU once i drop the revs.

I never thought I'd see someone else with the same case. It's a little beauty. I've had my eye on this case for the past 8 months and decided to get one at the start of the Year. It sure is a stunner. All the little details, the brushed circular feet etc. It also reminds me of a drinks unit of some sort, like some refrigerator. It's the only Lian-Li case I've ever really liked.

Plus I just love the whole minimal look to it and especially the brushed aluminium detail.

The mature V series cases, got to love them. :)

Very very very nice case that, not a big fan of the door as for me it has too much going on (S80 all the way :p)

The interesting debate going on in my head is what Lian Li are going to do to make the + version in a years time, personally I can not think of what they would add that is required as they sort of have it all sorted with regards to the cooling and space in the +II range of the V series.

I just love how anyone who has not owned a Lian Li can't understand whats so good about them, yet once you own one it all makes sense.

So bizarre it actually works!

Thanks V F! They're great aren't they. Compact on the outside but surprisingly spacious and easy to work on inside.

Plus, like you say - not that many around! Everyone seems to go for V1000's! :)

I know - I was in the same boat in that respect and thought they were overated. That was until a mate got the S80 and i just knew i had to get one of their cases!

So happy i got one. While i had my P180 and the server case that followed i was always looking at other cases wishing i had something different. Now i have the 101 i haven't looked at anything else! I still love it! :D

:) nice case

was considering purchasing it a few weeks ago, but forgot all about it till i saw this thread.

i was wondering would two sli 8800gtx fit into this case?

i think i read somewhere that the s80 does not have the space for the 800gtx as its too long.

thanks

S80 is a no go, these should be fine.

Yes it does look similar to the V series of cases, it is a development of the same design with some tweaks that bring it in line with the +II versions of the V series.

It will, but I think it will depend on where you put the Optical drives. Or rather the 2nd Optical, I guess the top one can stay where it is.

Here is the 8800 compatible case list. http://www.tosk.co.uk/8800/
That's right! You'll need your optical drive/drives in the bottom two slots but they would fit!

Loads of space for a case which is actually quite compact externally! :)
