A lil' comparison help

Hey,

I'm not all that up on my wireless routers and stuff so I was wondering if you guys could tell me which of the following is better:

It's going to be used for sharing Internet ( I have tiscali broadband, 8mb), it doesn't really need to share files or anything though if it does than that would be cool, and if a printer could be connected to the network then good times abound.

If you need ADSL2+ go for the first. If you are on a cable connection (virgin media or use a modem currently) go for the second. The last one is pointless unless you have wireless cards that go to 108Mbps or faster.

I am not really a fan of Netgear stuff personally though.

Well I'm currently using a modem but I don't really know what ADSL2+ is for, does it just boost the signal strength?
