A little riddle for you all

9.50............+ - / x

Right, the answer is 9.50, you've got to make this out of 10,10 and 10 by using +, -, / or x

Probably easier if you write the top bit out on a piece of paper.

If you know the answer please don't post it up right away, it'll ruin it for everyone else

I think I have it - kind of.

10 / (10+10) = 0.5

But I'm guessing there is some sort of mathematical term for the 9.5 which would give the correct answer, anyone follow?

that gives you 95, not 9.5

so MarkLP, how many times can we use "10" anyway?
