a lot of incompletes from astraweb in last day

Hi Folks,
Any other astraweb users downloads failing to complete.
I had about 4 all fail on me last night?????
 
Been getting this a few times recently as well, usually i tell sabz to retry and it goes through so not sure if its actually astra web or Sabz playing up.
 
Have you tried a decent client? I used to get a few incompletes when using a particular client (nzbget) a year or two ago (probably about 5-10% of my downloads used to fail, since moving to a decent client (SABNZBd) I never get any.
 
Getting incompletes here too.

Was using SAB and now moved to Newsleecher and SuperSearch.

Still getting a lot of incompletes on files that are listed as OK/Complete.
 
Astraweb have gone down the pan epically over the last year and are doing auto takedowns so are pretty much useless time to move on lad.

I get about 1 incomplete every 5 downloads on average, Doesn't matter what the file is or how old it is or anything like that. Thats the general pattern that I get.

So now, I just download two of everything and hope that one completes :D
 
I,m on the Unlimited Newshosting service and its top quality ! fast downloads and there support is top class , answer your emails in a matter of hours and i,ve only used them about changing my deal over , they were great at doing that and highly helpful :)
