Youre right it was a poor word, but given your inability to even distinguish Louth and London you've not really set the bar high.
Mental health isn't responsible for the current state of violent gang attacks. They're not crimes of passion or resulting from a mental breakdown.
What mental breaks do lead to is incidents like this one where someone intentionally kills a woman and child.

I've never wondered it at all. I'm clear on why it's not nice to throw fruit at people.

I seem to recall you didn’t think it was a big deal. As much as you seemingly don’t think killing a woman and a child is a big deal, just a jilted guy with issues.

Probably just a lad who got carried away?
