First one is the better crop mate but I think it would have more of a impact if the static props (signs/lights etc) were sharp and the people as they are (blurred) - everything els elooks cool though and nice choice of "colour" by the way, I like it!

but that wouldn't be possible without a tripod, and tripods aren't allowed to be used in TFL stations when its busy, or without permission.

Op has a 350D with kit lens so dropping the body to iso400 and shooting 1/15-1/30s should be easily handhold shootable to get solid items still enough to be fairly sharp whilst people blurred

Christ knows how I got that shot, she seems to be the only thing in focus, which doesn't make sense...

It's an alright shot, the selective colour is totally unnecessary though.
