These are arriving into stock tomorrow! However there is some bad news for those who have not yet ordered, the price will be going upto £1099.99-£1199, to import from USA would cost you £1500, due to pricing error.

The good news is LG have agreed to support the price on pre-orders and will keep the supported launch price window open until the first 100 are sold!

As such if you are on the fence about buying one this could be a good reason to sway your decision as the price is increasing by over £100.

Tbf, 75Hz is pretty damn good!!

Not when you are used to gaming at 165 hertz it's not

Sorry, that maybe good for the panel but it's not a great refresh rate. My old 27" IPS would overclock to 75hz, which made a difference to 60hz, but it's nothing when you've been on a 144hz unit with g-sync.

I'm tempted but can't justify the almost £1k spend on just the monitor
The rest of my PC would prob need a refresh 4770k with 290x.

What are the chances of this being sub £1k in January? Could be a birthday treat for myself

Liking this monitor the more I use it, there is next to no backlight which surprised me for a screen of this size, I've tried to take a pic but my phone can't get one in the dark good enough to do it justice

no but sort of, if you had a 40" 4k monitor and run it at 21.9 with borders you would have a 38" 3840x1600 visible picture if that makes sense.

( disclaimer there is a possibility im talking rubbish )
