A PC just for web design and video editing for £350

Need help gathering parts to build a PC solely used for video editing and web design with a budget of £350. (also needs a screen.)

Is it worth buying parts separately or going for an OC bundle?

The above with 8GB ram, could I get anything better than that for the price?

If you're having to buy it all you're probably looking at some low end AMD system with built in GPU (luckily AMD beat Intel here), not an issue for web design but it could be for video editing, that's one of the few things usually requiring high end stuff to work well.
