My preference for writing the date is YYYY/MM/DD but maybe that is because I am a programmer and it is the only unambiguous option.
That's not unambiguous. I work in pharma and the only one recognised in my industry is dd/mmm/yyyy. Even the Americans can't get 10Mar2025 confused.

Americans when they say they're going to try and do something, lets say they're gonna change a tyre, they'll come out with something like "lets see if we can't change this tire". So you're gonna attempt to fail? :confused:
They do the same with the saying "I could care less" which makes the saying completely broken when they use it that way.

People who use "Air quotes"


I mean, why do they think "Air quotes" are so "Important" when expressing their "Frustration"
