I was given a gift from a shop yesterday, and so was my driver. We both got to choose a spirit as we caught a shop-lifter, shop owner was thankful.
In my workplace, as long as what ever we are given has a receipt signed by the shop keeper, and saying gift, it is all fine.
Like-wise, if we buy any alcohol, we need to keep the receipt so we can get it out of the gatehouse...
