honestly though a rig like that, is it really going to be cheap enough for most of us around here or is it going to be one of those £5k computers.

Nah, not that much but I reckon so far the box is

cpu £700
memory: £212
psu: £153
mobo: £200-£250????
gpus: £670

SO far about £2000 plus hard drives, case, keyboard, mouse screen etc.

Actaully not that bad considering.
