There is still a small sweet shop selling this kind of stuff in my local town. Haven't had any of these kinds of sweets for ages though.

they seem quite expensive, though I am tempted to order some, despite the fact that there's a class sweet shop in town where you just go round the shop, pull the jars off the shelves and take them to the counter.


I've just got tons of packs of Kool-aid from americansweets. 65 pence delivery!!! (never had it before, worth a try for a coule of quid)

Why?! Why not just chew on a sheet of paper and occasionally stick a spoon of sugar in your mouth?

What I used to do with them was to pull them all open, empty the contents into a cup, and try and "drink" the lot at once. The chewy casing just got discarded.

£50 on sweets? . That sites prices are extortionate. Most of the sweets you can get easily from any market or decent corner shop, for a lot cheaper as well.

I am sitting here looking at all this brightly coloured candy and am salivating Brings back the childhood. Can't find those space ships filled with flavoured sherbert, Swizzles Matlow used to make them back in the early to mid 80's.
