or should I get a cheaper hard drive such as

Is 500w enough for this build?


Should I be buying anything extra such as cable ties, thermal compound, wires, fans?

Cables ties will be good, what gpu are you using and case.

500w should be more than enough.

Looks like the case will need fans, have a look at Xilence or Sharkoon

For general use the card will be fine, no chance for gaming.
