Hi guys, currently looking at getting myself a new rig (see Here)

I want to go eyefinity I was wondering which you guys would reccomend over these monitors?

3 x BenQ 2420HDBL

or

3x Dell P2210H

I cant decide between the larger screen with the LED lighting or the extra manuverability of the dell. =S

Please help then I can finally press the Buy button.

What will you be using the monitors for? (obviously eyefinity, but will it be mainly gaming or other things?)

Also, what are the specs of the system you will be running it with?

Well Main aim is for gaming, office work on photoshop/3d protein modeling and in the future recording music. Basically the 3 screens are for more immersive gaming and to allow easier multi tasking with the 3d software and photoshop.

The sysem im looking at running is:

Looks like a good spec.

I think that for you the BenQ G2420HDBL screens will do you well. To get games to run well at the eyefinity resolution you will have to turn the details down quite a bit, but this will always be the case unless you spend £1000+ on graphics alone.

You may want to consider going for an 8 bit panel IPS monitor like the Dell 2209WA for your Photoshop and CAD work - I suppose it depends how much you value colour accuracy and wide viewing angles for the things you are doing. In most situations a good TN screen like the BenQ will be fine.

Good choice on the SSD too - that was the last thing I upgraded in my system (bar the monitor which constantly changes) and it's fantastic. Before that I got myself a 5850, too, and have been very impressed by it. Looks like you've really done your research with the whole system (congrats!) and it should be a great overclocker, especially on the CPU.
