I gave up bothering with the rules when it was decided that consoles were a core part of the business of Game, and therefore they are classed as a competitor.
No retail outlet counts consoles as it's core business, the mark up and profit generated on consoles is negligiable, it's the games where they make their real money.
The clue is in the business name: Game

Also, where do we stand on Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys and Morrisons these days?
They were previously allowed because they sold bananas as well as consoles and games, but am I to assume that the previous 'Only businesses that don't have consoles as their core business are allowed' stipulation is now defunct?

It should be pointed out that there doesn't appear to be any definition of 'competitor' in the FAQ.
*Sigh* I hate the forums around times like these when the competitors question gets raised once again.
I assume the general population of the ocuk forums are a picky bunch of internet knowledgeable people that would scoff at paying £43 (plus delivery?) for Halo reach when they could save a tenner with a few clicks of the mouse.
If ocuk were competitvely priced I would happily buy games from them.
