Please can people stop posting pictures and writing comments that making fun of Jesus.

I find them very offensive and totally insensitive to us members of the forums who are Christians.

Ive noticed a huge increase in them over the last couple of weeks, especially in some of the picture threads.
I accept that not everyone shares my beliefs but please have some respect, just please stop posting those sorts of things.

But they're still obviously going to offend by the nature of them, surely it doesnt take much to realise that.

Jesus is the most important person to a Christian, He died so that we might be reconciled with God

There are plenty of pictures and comment that are funny without having to insult or mock Jesus

Some of them make light of who He is and what He has done, namely the crucifixion, others yes, are Jesus using a kind of gamer speak

But surely, if someone was joking about and making light of you and the things that you have done (which are extremely important to you and many others) wouldnt you find that an offence against you?

The DaVinci Code is a work of FICTION and isnt true in the slightest, the Bible has been proven unchanged from the earliest manuscripts

I just wanted to make a request, by the way that some of you are replying I think I should be expecting a pitchfork wielding mob at my door any second

Frankly I was expecting a little more support

I really like these boards, they're normally funny and helpful, I just wanted you to understand that Jesus is extremely dear to people, and to ask for some respect of that

Yep, though technically you can only be a Christian if you are 'born again' into a new life with Christ

Im off out now, I'll check back on the thread later, (if it hasnt spiraled out of control and been deleted by then)

It is, you either believe all of it or none of it, you cant pick and choose with the word of God, the Bible
And the Bible certainly isnt contradictary
