What it needs is an auto embed so when you link to YouTube it converts it to the embedded version. Simple

There should also be a Soundcloud embedder, would be nice to be able to upload my music without having to go through youtube

I have a Youtube one for forums:

Makes posting on blogs and forums so much more convenient having all the regularly used tags a right click away for formatting your posts.
