I had my appointment with the specialist Dr, who was also my Dr in ICU or ITU, whatever they call it. He showed me the scans and pointed out the anomaly on the right side of my brain. This was quite an upsetting time, to see this, made it real again. I had pretty much put most of it out of my mind until last week.
Got another scan in December to see if it has shrunk or got worse/stayed the same, and another appointment with the specialist just after my birthday in Feb.
I'm almost doing full time now at work and coping well I think, apart from the tiredness still. Today was hard work, even though I was only doing support emails. I was exhausted by mid morning but I soldiered on. I'm more engaged by gaming and enjoying spending too much money on upgrades and games. I think now that you can't take it with you, so enjoy it while you can. Love my mostly new rig! I feel I am worth treating myself and my partner. I just bought her tickets to see the holographic Elvis thingy. Hopefully she will go with her mum as it's not my cup of tea.
