Acting on a tip off, the police raid a flat to arrest a suspected murderer.

They don't know what he looks like but they know his name and that he is inside the flat. The police burst in and discover a bricklayer, a taxi driver, an electrician and a fireman playing cards. Without any hesitation or communication, the immediately arrest the fireman.

How do they know they've got the suspected murderer?

Also it would depend on location. If it was Cumbria the taxi driver would have been arrested.

In South Wales the police would arrest everyone in the flat and despite having little or no evidence, would try to implicate the innocent ones as well.

How many different people were in the flat? Many firemen have more than 1 job
