A way to stop anonymous calls on a phone?

I currently have an iPhone on Orange, is there a way I can stop anonymous phone calls coming through, so any one who rings me has to show their number? I have heard this is a good way to stop cold calls and call centres to call you.

Is there a setting within the iPhone, or is it something I will need to speak to Orange about?

Perhaps I'm alone in that I never ever get cold calls/call centres on my mobile other than the very, very occasional T-Mobile call offering me a 3G Dongle

I rarely get them at all, infact I think I had one from Orange doing a survey and that was it, however I was just thinking how to disable it and if it was easily possible just so it is that extra call that I do not have to deal with.

Some phones have the option built in, others can do it with a 3rd party call manager app, take a look at the app store, should be something suitable.

No way to see the number unfortunately.
If your getting a lot of cold calls from call centres I would recommend signing up to TPS.
