Its a shame I have waited for tigerwoods 07 to come out to find its just a port of the ps2 game with a different control method bolted as an after thought. The graphics are very poor for a next gen console. Looks like the game was rushed. I have paid £180 for a Wii when really I could have go myself a Ps2 for far less and had the same experience. Not that i bought the Wii for tiger...not sure why I bothered now. The 360 is looking like a mighty fine console to me at the mo it would make use of my lcd hd tv as well.

Sometimes i wonder about Nintendo they seem to ignore what people want.

Or maybe its just me. :(

My dad has just bought a Wii, and its good, but its a novelty.

Novelty games are what its for, lots of player against each other in a living room, but as a single persons console it sucks.

The graphics are poorer than the Gamecube, even things like sports should be better than what it is, and could have quite easily. I know its not about how the games look, but they could have at least tried.

As for the games, the Wii seriously needs to start releasing more fresh innovative games or find their consoles sitting on selves gathering dust after the initial buzz wears off.

Couldn't agree more the magic has worn off all to quick for me and now its seems nothing more than a gimmick. Being a long time nintendo fan because of inovation they have created within the industry I feel that they should have lead the way with online play and maybe not uber graphics but at least try and get HD out put out.

I like the fact they are trying to broaden the market and create new ways to do things in games but how long will it last?. With all polished graphics of Sony and Microsofts consoles and more importantly decent games that have both good looks and play...Bahh bloody Nintendo.

I like my wii but I have only played Zelda on it.... Still waiting for a few top notch games.

Very tempted to sell it but I hold onto it for a little bit longer

Its not next gen graphics though, but they have never touted the wii as being about graphics, but about playability.

A wii is great, but only if you have a 360 first for proper games ;)

Well I dont but wish I did now. Might wait to see if the new revision 360 comes out then decide. How much do they exchange Wii's for in Game?

Give it time, just as the 360 has developed so too will the Wii!

I'm looking forward to Super Mario Galaxy & Smash Bros : Brawl

Both should be out by june I think ...

*Am off to my mates in a few hours + Wii to hook it up to his projector - 4 player tennis rocks !!!!

I have my PC for proper hardcore gaming... Even have a 360 pad for racing games etc.
I bought the Wii though for multiplayer, zelda, Metroid and all the other Nintendo classics that without it I would miss :)

'strue, you can get most of the great PS and XBox games for PC in any case, it's my thinking as well.

It's great fun multiplayer gaming.

If you want to sit down by yourself in a darkened room gaming it up (which I know I do from time to time) you're better off with a 360 or PS3.

I miss pc gaming but its a cost a cant afford the 360 is probably the closest thing I can get to that.

True for the time being but by the end of the year it will have a great single player catalogue.

Super Paper Mario is out next month and is shaping up to be amazing. There are a lot more games i am looking forward to on the Wii than the other consoles, probably partly because i have a PC for my "hardcore" fix.
PC has the best line up for me though :)

I'm thinking about trading mine in against a UK PS3 tbh. I have seen all the games on the horizon and there's absolutely nothing that interests me now the novalty has worn off...!!!!

I've been saying the Wii is just a novelty from the off and finaly people are seeing it for what it is. And for nintendo games well you can get a GC for next to nothing and the games look just as good as they do on the Wii, If you want to play N64, SNES and Nes games why not do it through emulation on a XBOX.

My mate bought his Wii round for me to upgrade ;) so i had it over night and i found it shockingly bad on all levels accept for the the size and looks. I doubt i'll get one even when a certain catalogue shop tries to get rid of them for £30!

I honestly think Nintendo should stick to what it's best at (Games & Portables) and do what Sega have done and release there games for other consoles.

If you have a Wii i would seriously get rid of it now while there's still a demand and maybe get a 360, i'm certain you'll be glad you did.
