to check their posts!

Since my spelling is appalling at times, I normally type my posts into a word document I have open at the time just to check for silly mistakes, although often I don't bother. However, I've just passed to my boss a draft copy of a proposal document..

Spot the mistake:

4.4 Audit Logs

Currently, there is very limited audit logging for the last EOD batch and there’s no historical log in place at all. The new system provides a fully comprehensive audit logging facility which provides both high and low level logging, which is useful for checking the progress of a batch and in the event of error diagnosis.

As each batch, process and backup profile is executed, the start and end time are recorded in the respective set-up record. This also records the completion status.

Optionally, these details can also be recorded in historic audit log files and kept for a specific amount of days as specified in the EOD static details file. Housekeeping will purge any details exceeding the keep days but will produce a hard copy report of the details purged.
I feel old cos I am!

.. and when you daughter is 14 and she tells you off because your either embarrassing or for walking the house in your Y-fronts!

and wearing Y-fronts

and asking the girl in the office what she is listening to on her iPod and I've not got a clue what she's going on about..

Having the audit logs means that any details of the last batch and any batch in the past can be viewed via an enquiry or by report.
