Hey guys - apparently these are the cheapo boards if your running a 7 series build, from 7600 to 7800X3D.
Is there really any issue you've come across that could be a deal breaker here?
WiFi isnt important to my builds all I need is the CPU to run as intended and the GPU to run too (most likely a 7800xt/4060 16gig/7900 GRE. Also the 6000mhz ram 2 x 16gig - i think its OK with it.

I got a couple of builds to make for people and these are the boards i might be going with - obviously i don't wanna sell them anything thats iffy, i've just seen that applying a higher spec pro to this outside of the 7600 can be a bit iffy.
There is multipile companies pre building PCs i've found using this board but so far a lot come with just the 7600 as standard and the A620M board.
I'd need to be able to tell the buyer that a 7600 to the 7800X3D will run just fine. Im aware of BIOS updates also.

thanks.

If you're reselling these as builds, you need to strongly consider the warranty details and RMA time.

I used to resell computers back in the early 2000's and I didn't understand why we resold Dell or HP machines which were more expensive than a self-build.

A client of ours decided that it wasn't worth it and got themselves an Acer for the boss's wife who worked in HR - it went wrong and despite them telling Acer not to replace the hard drive as it had mission-critical data on it, Acer went ahead and replaced it anyway. The fact that the RMA took 2 weeks also meant that they had to go out and replace the machine anyway, so they essentially spent twice what they should and lost important data.

I'm not saying that the same will happen but you need to keep in mind that a next-day warranty where the technician goes to the machine and replaces individual components can be beneficial.

I don't think that there's an issue with any of the AMD motherboards but it's hard to tell without seeing the RMA statistics for each model and most people on here wouldn't make a recommendation for a prosumer or enterprise use case as if it goes wrong, you can turn and blame them.

They're fine generally, but they do have basic specs, e.g. 1Gb LAN, often only 1 M.2 slot (pretty crap in 2024) and limited USB connectivity.
I'm currently siding with the B650M-p micro. £120..
Though I'd prefer ATX because the boards look bigger and give the impression of something big been in the rig haha. but i think cheapest ATX style is £160. My estimated wattage is 433w - 7600 pro/7800XT gpu - now i just gotta finalize a power pack and i got my builds for this board figured out.

There was video posted by a youtuber about them but I can't remember who. I think the general consensus was as long as you're using a 65w or lower tdp chip you will be fine but they are very limited on functions

i saw that video the S2H variant is the one that raised the most red flags.
near the end of the video he says to get the other variation but i cant remember what it is right now.
ATM im going with the 5800X3D - paired with a 7800XT/6800 or if you can get lucky on ebay a 3080 for about £300/380. The prices on eBay for 2nd hand stuff ****** me off a little selling for what they are worth new.
It took me 3 months to shift an immaculate RX6600 with box for £120 on a local selling site, on ebay they are still selling £170/200 2nd hand. Liek wtf? doesnt anyone do a simple google search and get it cheaper now. Apparently not!
