A64 4000 to an OPTY 165 or 170?

a) points to 165
b) should be good for a high fsb. 300 would be good for 2,7GHz keeping your ram under 200 and in spec.

I'd do a little googling on the mobo or pop a post in the mobo section and ask. Plenty of people have used that board so you should get a quick answer
