AA & performance issues 9800gtx

Disabled Eist and c1e function and the cpu now does not downclock anymore.Performance seems a little bit better on aoc.Still this is not the performance i should be getting.
Please check my bios pictures and see if anything is wrong.

mate you are going to have to bite the bullet and take the cooler off - buy some tim cleaner and new thermal paste
clean the cpu and the heatsink contact plates
then remount the heatsink using a very even - carefully applied new layer of tim
 
Sadly i can not afford the thermal paste atm.Jk

I'll get the hs reseated as soon as possible.Will post again if the performance issue persisted.

Aside from that.Is everything ok in the bios?
