Which type NICD or NIMH?
For what kind of device?
I doubt you can find 2700MAH AAA's, those are AA. For AAA, theres 900MAH cells. Sanyo cells are decent cells.

Ansmann Energy line are good, they're Delta Peak so won't overcharge. I use a Energy 16, can charge a whole loads of batteries in one go (problem with smaller ones is that you might need 8 cells charging) Worth it over standard "always on, never shut off" types as those will damage your batteries.

Well its for a wireless keyboard!
It takes 4 x AAA and i thought it would be a good idea to get some rechargeable ones!
Is there any links you can post to a good one mate?! if your allowed that is?

Energizer do a brilliant range of rechargables.

They do a compact value charger which are 1700mAh.

They have a compact 2000mAh charger which are £10.00 on shippers that you should find is ASDA, also woolworths and teso follow the same price if im not mistaken.

The compact chargers are well designed, with 2 slots in the front and 2 slots in the back which only takes up one plug space.

Problem is they only ship with AA but do fit AAA (look on the back of the pack, top right it shows both AA and AAA can fit in).

Get NIMH, no memory lag.

Edit: No sure what mAh the AAA go up to for the rechargeable range, as they aint on promotion unlike the AA.

Edit: According to the site, they do up to 850mAh

i use duracel 900mAh AAA's in my keyboard and remote controls, its not exactly a high drain appliance but they do last far longer than regualr AAA's :) TBH virtually all chargers will take triple a's as well as double a's - there arent many that dont:)
