aaarrrgggh GRAW - why cant i get a decent game

live on GRAW drives me crazy!

i search for a custom game (this takes 10 - 20 sseconds) it finds 20 or so. i select one that says its in setup usually with 8/16 players. it says connecting.

then i either get the message that the game is already started (cue a potential 15 minute wait) or that there are not enough open slots available.

at this point i think fine take me back so i can select another game from the list. oh no! back to the first screen, so i have to re-search for games. another 10 - 20 seconds. rinse and repeat!!

i can do this for 5 - 10 minutes. normally when i do get to join a game, it loads up and as soon as the match starts i get the message "this game is no longer available" BACK TO THE FIRST SCREEN AGAIN!!

why cant it be easier just to pick up and play a game online!

i am thinking of selling the game now.... :mad:

i would, but they are not on much. the problem is made worse becuase i have come from playing lots of ET (enemy territory) on my PC. there its just pick a server and jump in. playing in 1 min.

I tried playing GRAW several times and it always ended in frustartion, these days I only play with a mate in Co-op.

If you arrange a game here you will always get takers. I probably will not be around much becouse of other commitments. But Ceeg, Danny Nintenjo and Alrik are on very frequently. Mcdingle

has got his GRAW copy back so you should be able to coerce him into playing. Gord is waiting on his Broadband to be set up but once that is done he is on when he is not "Playing Tennish till Ten ish".

There is also a lot of people that play every once in a while, Jumpers was on recently, Gjrc came on a couple of weeks back Brasco finally made it on, RP2000 has played, Smokingmonkey(who used to be a regular) has made a few guest apperances. Xtrosion I think still has this game Andlusion has just got his XBL gold sub back, Wedgie has played, Kreeeee had a go.

These are just the people I can think of off the top of my head. I know that I have played with many more, if I actually looked at my friends and recently played list then I would be able to get loads more.

But it is really down to you to organise the game most people seem to be available from 9pm onwards.

Thats scandalous!

Not my fault my lass is a tv junk addict. Anyhting rubbish, shes there. Had to sent her upstairs last night as I refused to stop playing COD so she could watch "Ladette to Lady". Women!

Yeah your missus, sure... I once had a friend who had a friend who's dog once told him what happend on Big Brother.

I just play G.R.A.W with my mates i joined a few and had the same problem or joined and was so laggy playing with people in american?

Still i love this game.
