Abit AB9, Raid.........

I have an abit ab9 mobo and currently have a single sata drive. im on the verge of upgrading my GFX card, but at the sametime i was considering getting 2 120-160gb hardrives and setting up a raid array with them. mainly to install games to, to increase load times etc.
1. do i need a sepertate controller or does the ab9 have one onboard?
2. can i copy all my game files straight to the raid array once its setup, or do i need to reinstall them to the array??

The AB9 can do RAID through the two JMicron based SATA ports.

And I would reinstall the games again. They *can* work by just copying the current installed files, but you will miss all the registry entries by doing that.
