My fan has given up the ghost , mind you northbridge doesnt seem too hot
when i touch it
better check its alive and its temp in the bios methinks
anyway
as you know the fan is screwed on and diff to take off with a b*** big heatsink for the cpu blocking all access
so i reckon remove the northbridge anyway (save messing with the fan)
and fit a better one - don't mind if it has a fan as i will attach it
with ties so i can replace it in future but without would be better
not fussed if it costs , just won't it done
p.s. whats the biggest cpu for these ?
i have a 2.8 celeron - will any of these current dual core range do ?
i doubt it but you have to ask . . .
