Can someone please explain why if i have my cpu fan setup so it runs at half the fans rpm until it reaches a certain temp, that when i have turned my PC off for the night and then go to turn it back on the next day that the cpu fan decided's to run at full rpm, and i have to turn the whole system off via the wall socket and turn it back on to get the fan to run at the correct speed i have set it at??
