Abit IP35-E (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

not really any catch, good clockers and stable, but they do double boot, but thats not really an issuse only adds about 5 seconds onto the start up time. i was going to get one until i found out they only support Arctic freezer Heatsinks if you modify the cooler somehow, couldnt be boththerd.

thats exactly when i was considering getting one, apprently there have been only 25 cases of it though, loads and loads more people running them together fine.

If you want to play it safe then try something else or a different power supply, but tbh its not something to really worry about.

there's a BIOS update that does away with the double boot.

The PSU issue is a very odd 1 as the numbers involved are tiny & we've seen them resolved both by rma'ing the mobo & the PSU & the replacements worked fine - in other words it's a 50/50, you can't say that it's always the PSU at fault or always the mobo.
It could just be normal failure rates & the internet is making it seem to be something bigger than it really is.
