about delivery

I ordered a case on saturday at 10am and the website says if you order by 1 with dpd, it will come Monday but it is still I'm the warehouse

Have overclockers issued you with a dpd tracking number? If so where does it say your parcel is now?

No. It just says: In our warehouse queue

The website says -DPD orders placed on Saturday before 1.00pm will be delivered the following Monday, after 1.00pm will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Is the case currently listed in stock? If not, that is the likely explanation. If it is, post in CS, or phone up.

It doesn't always get dispatched in time, especially this time of the year.

It should get dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday I guess.

When I placed my order they were working through a backlog of about 3-4 days. It will get despatched next week on Monday or Tuesday I guess

I did ask them on Saturday and they said it should come Tuesday. But I thought I would ask just I'm case the person thought I order at 4pm becuase that's when I emailed them

If they said its coming on Tuseday it means that they will dispatch it on Monday
