Heatsink is not secured, the lock is not on

was the unlockd heatsink that much of a problem?
im wondering if 500W is enough to power the system

Its in the right header, two concerns though
SYS_FAN plug does not fit in or clip like every other slot, and the only reason im using that plug in the sys_fan is becuase everyother plug was used and it was the only 4pin plug i had left, plus the wire has connectors on for fans to fit onto.
SECONDLY,
the 8 pin power shapes of the plug, do not match those to which im plugging them in to, but it slides in ok

No fans, just the BLUE led on the front of the case
no other pins that match
will try to start it
if it doesnt work will remove GPU then try

taking out ram now then trying
